فاعلية الذات و علاقتها بجودة الحياة عند عينة من المختصين النفسانيين العياديين - دراسة ميدانية بولاية غرداية و ورقلة -

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات وجودة الحياة عند عينة من المختصين النفسانيين العياديين بولاتي غرداية وورقلة، ومعرفة مستوى فاعلية الذات وجودة الحياة، ومستوى أبعاد كل متغير منهما، والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى فاعلية الذات وجودة الحياة تبعا لمتغير (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، الأقدمية المهنية، عدد الدورات التكوينية المستفاد منها) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي الارتباطي، أما أدواتها فتمثلت في مقياس فاعلية الذات الخاص بالممارسة النفسية العيادية من اعداد الباحثة، ومقياس جودة الحياة المختصر لمنظمة الصحة العالمية (WHOQO-BREF) (1998)، واللذان طبقا على عينة قوامها (118) مختص نفساني عيادي ممارس في قطاع الصحة العمومية بولايتي غرداية وورقلة تم اختيارهم باستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل للمجتمع الأصلي، كما جرى تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS v26، وكانت نتائج الدراسة المتوصل اليها كالآتي: - يتمتع المختصون النفسانيون العياديون بولايتي غرداية وورقلة بمستوى مرتفع من فاعلية الذات وبإختلاف أبعادها، إلا بعد "الفاعلية التشخيصية"جاء بمستوى متوسط. - يتمتع المختصون النفسانيون العياديون بولايتي غرداية وورقلة بمستوى متوسط من جودة الحياة وبإختلاف أبعادها. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ومتوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فاعلية الذات وجودة الحياة عند عينة من المختصين النفسانيين العياديين بولايتي غرداية وورقلة. - توجد فروق في مستوى فاعلية الذات عند عينة من المختصين النفسانيين العياديين تبعا لمتغير النوع الإجتماعي، الأقدمية المهنية، وعدد الدورات التكوينية المستفاد منها، ولا توجد فروق في مستواها تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. - توجد فروق في مستوى جودة الحياة عند عينة من المختصين النفسانيين العياديين تبعا لمتغير النوع الإجتماعي، الأقدمية المهنية، وعدد الدورات التكوينية المستفاد منها، ولا توجد فروق في مستواها تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The present study seeks to reveal the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life among clinical psychologists in the Ouargla and Ghardaïa regions. It also aims to assess the levels of self-efficacy and quality of life, as well as to explore the level of their dimensions, and identifying disparities in the level of self-efficacy and quality of life according to gender, level of education, professional seniority, and number of training courses followed. A correlational descriptive exploratory methodology was used to achieve these objectives, as well as the study instruments including the self-efficacy scale specific to psychological clinical practice developed by the researcher, along with the abbreviated quality of life scale of the World Health Organization (WHOQOL-BREF) (1998). These two scales are applied to 118 clinical psychologists working in the public health sector in the Ouargla and Ghardaïa regions, who were selected using the comprehensive survey method of the original community. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS v26 statistical processing software. The study reveals the following findings: - Clinical psychologists from Ouargla and Ghardaïa regions present a high level of self-efficacy as well as in their various dimensions except the fourth dimension where present an average level. - Clinical psychologists in the Ouargla and Ghardaïa regions report an average level of quality of life as well as in all their various dimensions. - There is a significant positive moderate correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life among clinical psychologists of Ouargla and Ghardaïa regions. - There are differences in the level of self-efficacy among clinical psychologists according to gender, professional seniority and the number of training courses followed, however there are no differences according to the level of education. - There are differences in the level of quality of life among clinical psychologists according to gender, professional seniority and the number of training courses followed, but there are no differences according to the level of education.
