Abstract

تتناول هذه الد ا رسة موضوع التأمين البنكي في الج ا زئر، باعتباره أحد النماذج الحديثة في القطاع المالي، والذي يجمع بين البنوك وشركات التأمين لتقديم خدمات تأمينية عبر القنوات المصرفية. وتهدف الد ا رسة إلى تحليل تجربة كل من الشركة الوطنية للتأمينات (SAA) والبنك الوطني الج ا زئري (BNA) خلال الفترة 2018 – 2022 ، من حيث الأداء المالي والتشغيلي، ومدى فعالية هذا النموذج في تحسين الخدمات المالية وتوسيع قاعدة الزبائن . وقد أظهرت النتائج أن التأمين البنكي في الج ا زئر لا ي ا زل في طور النشوء، ويواجه تحديات تنظيمية وثقافية، أبرزها ضعف الإطار القانوني وقلة الوعي التأميني. ومع ذلك، فإن التعاون بين البنوك وشركات التأمين يمثل فرصة واعدة لتطوير النظام المالي وتعزيز الشمول المالي، إذا ما تم تفعيل إصلاحات This study examines the concept of bancassurance in Algeria as a modern financial model that integrates banks and insurance companies to provide insurance services through banking channels. The research analyzes the performance of the National Insurance Company (SAA) and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) from 2018 to 2022, focusing on their financial and operational effectiveness and the role of bancassurance in improving financial services and expanding the customer base. The findings reveal that bancassurance in Algeria is still emerging and faces several organizational and cultural challenges, such as the absence of a clear regulatory framework and low insurance awareness.
