تأثير عمل المناوبة الليلية لدى المرأة العاملة على إلتزاماتها الأسرية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من النساء الموظفات بمستشفى قضي بكير بغرداية

Abstract

إن هدف هذه الدراسة هو البحث والتعرف على تأثير عمل المناوبة الليلية لدى المرأة العاملة على إلتزاماتها الأسرية في المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية المتخصصة " قضي بكير " بغرداية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه يلائم طبيعة الموضوع لدراسة الجوانب النظرية والميدانية، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على العينة بالمسح الشامل وفق الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستمارة كأدوات لجمع البيانات حول موضوع الدراسة . وتوصلت هذه النتائج أن عمل المناوبة الليلية للمرأة قد يهدد استقرارها الأسري، ناهيك عن الضغوط المهنية والاجتماعية والأسرية الناتجة عن بيئة العمل وتصادم وصراع الأدوار، لا سيما الآثار الصحية والمهنية التي تتعرض لها المرأة خلال العمل الليلي، ويؤثر نظام المناوبة الليلية على المرأة العاملة في دورها كأم وهذا بسبب ساعات العمل الطويلة، ويَظهر خاصةً إذا كانت الأم مرضعة، وفي حالات مرض أبنائها، أو في حالة اجتيازهم لامتحانات رسمية . The objective of this study is to investigate and identify the impact of night shift work on working women’s family obligations in the specialized public healthcare institution "Kahedi Bakir" in Ghardaïa. To achieve the study's objectives, the analytical descriptive approach was used as it suits the nature of the topic to examine both theoretical and field aspects. Additionally, a comprehensive survey sample was relied upon, utilizing observation, interviews, and questionnaires as tools for data collection on the study's subject. These findings conclude that night shift work for women may threaten their family stability, not to mention the professional, social, and familial pressures resulting from the work environment and role conflict. This is particularly evident in the health and occupational impacts women experience during night work. The night shift system affects working women in their maternal role due to long working hours, especially noticeable when the mother is nursing, when children are ill, or during periods requiring close supervision such as children's examinations.
