Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المحاسبة العامة في دعم اتخاذ القرار فيالمؤسسة الاقتصادية، حالة مؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه – فرع غرداية كنموذج تطبيقي. تنبع أهمية الموضوع من حاجة المؤسسات إلى نظام محاسبي يوفر معلومات دقيقة تساعد في تحسين الأداء الإداري. هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين البيانات المحاسبية وجودة القرارات، وتقييم فعالية النظام المحاسبي المعتمد. من خلال المنهج الوصفي والتحليل الميداني عبر المقابلة، أظهرت النتائج أن المؤسسة تعتمد نظامًا محاسبيًا منظمًا يوفر بيانات دقيقة، تساهم في دعم القرار، لكنها تعاني من نقائص تنظيمية وتقنية تحد من الفعالية. كما لوحظ ضعف في استغلال التقارير المحاسبية والتحليل المالي في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية. خلصت دراستنا إلى ضرورة تطوير ثقافة مؤسساتية تعتمد على المعلومات المحاسبية، وتحسين التكوين وتحديث الأدوات المحاسبية، لضمان قرارات أكثر فاعلية واستشرافًا للمستقبل.The study aimed to know the role of general accounting in supporting decision-making within economic institutions, using the Algerian Water Company – Ghardaia as a practical case. The importance of the topic arises from the need for accounting systems that provide accurate information to improve administrative performance. The study aimed to highlight the relationship between accounting data and decision quality, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the adopted accounting system. Through a descriptive approach and field analysis via interviews, The results showed that the company relies on an organized accounting system that provides accurate data, which contributes to decision-making. However, the system suffers from organizational and technical shortcomings that limit its effectiveness. The study also revealed a weak use of accounting reports and financial analysis in strategic decision-making. Our findings concluded that it is essential to develop an institutional culture based on accounting information, enhance staff training, and modernize accounting tools to ensure more effective and forward-looking decisions
