الخلاصة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقييمبرامج التعليم المحاسبي ودوره في تطوير المهارات المهنية للخريجين،دراسة عينة من أساتذة أكاديميين بقسم المحاسبة جامعة غرداية وقد إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي،تم الاعتماد علی الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد تم توزيع 32إستبانة على المجتمع المستهدف، كما أظهرت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائيةبين كل من برامج التعليم المحاسبي وتطوير المهارات المهنية للخريجين، من أهم النتائج أن جامعةغردايةأساليب وطرق التدريس يرقى إلى مستوى جد مقبول في تزويد الطالب بالمهارات والمعارفالتي يتطلبها للجانب المهني، كماتوصلت الدراسة إلى تقديم توصيات أهمهاضرورة تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس في مجال التعليم المحاسبي على أحدث تقنيات، بما يعزز جودة الأداء التعليمي ويرفع من كفاءة مخرجات التعليم، تعزيز الشراكة بين الجامعات وقطاع الأعمال لتوفير فرص تدريب ميداني حقيقي يُمكّن الطلبة من ربط الجانب النظري بالتطبيق العملي.This study aims to identify the evaluation of accounting education programs and its role in developing the professional skills of graduates.A study of a sample of academic professors in the Department of Accounting at the University of Ghardaia.The study was based on the descriptive approach using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information.32 questionnaires were distributed to the target community.The study also showed There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between both accounting education programs and developing the professional skills of graduates One of the most important results is that the University of Ghardaia’s teaching methods and methods rise to a very acceptable level in providing the student with the skills and knowledge he requires for the professional aspect.The study also concluded by providing recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of training faculty members in the field of accounting education on the latest technologies, in a way that enhances the quality of educational performance and raises the quality of Education outcomes efficiency Strengthening the partnership between universities and the business sector to provide real field training opportunities that enable students to link theory with practical application.
