Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الحوافز في تحسين أداء المورد البشري بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة ميدانية بمجمع سيفيتال بالجزائر العاصمة.
تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب التحليل، وعلى الاستبيان كأداة لدراسة جمع البيانات وبرنامج Spssلمعالجتها واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي مؤسسة سيفيتال،وشملت عينة الدراسة 50 موظفًا تم اختيارهم عشوائيا، وتم استرجاع 36 استبيانًا ومعالجتها. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوافز وأداء المورد البشري.
أوصت بضرورة تعزيز الحوافز كوسيلة فعالة لتحسين أداء المورد البشري، كما يُنصح بتحسين بيئة العمل، وتطوير برامج التدريب والترقية وفق معايير الكفاءة والعدالة، بما يعزز دافعية الموظفين ويدعم تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة
The study aims to identify the impact of incentives on improving human resource performance within an economic institution through a field study conducted at the Cevital Group in Algiers.
This study employed the descriptive-analytical method and used a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The data were processed and the hypotheses tested using the SPSS program. The study population consisted of employees at Cevital, with a randomly selected sample of 50 employees. A total of 36 questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed.
The results of the statistical analysis revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between incentives and human resource performance.
The study recommends enhancing incentives as an effective means to improve human resource performance. It also suggests improving the work environment and developing training and promotion programs based on efficiency and fairness standards, in order to boost employee motivation and support the achievement of the institution's objectives
