Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التجارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز حرية التجارة الدولية في الجزائر، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وقد تمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الوثائق التي شملت إحصائيات حول التجارة الإلكترونية والتجارة الدولية خلال سنوات (2019-2024).
توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
تشهد التجارة الإلكترونية في الجزائر نموا سريعا في عدد مشتركي الهاتف الثابت والنقال والإنترنت، وحجم نشاط الدفع الإلكتروني.
تسجل التجارة الدولية في الجزائر نموا ملحوظا في قيمة صادراتها ووارداتها، وتحقق فائضا في ميزانها التجاري.
تلعب التجارة الإلكترونية دورًا إيجابيًا في تعزيز حرية التجارة الدولية من خلال إتاحة إختيار ووصول الأفراد والمؤسسات الجزائرية إلى الأسواق العالمية بسرعة وسهولة ودون تكلفة، وتنويع مصادر التوريد
This study aims to highlight the role of e-commerce in promoting the freedom of international trade in Algeria. The study adopts a descriptive approach in the theoretical part and a case study approach in the applied part. The data collection tool consisted of documents that included statistics on e-commerce and international trade during the years 2019–2024.
The study reached the following conclusions:
E-commerce in Algeria is witnessing rapid growth in the number of fixed and mobile phone subscribers, internet users, and the volume of electronic payment activity.
International trade in Algeria is recording a noticeable increase in the value of its exports and imports, achieving a surplus in its trade balance.
E-commerce plays a positive role in enhancing the freedom of international trade by enabling individuals and institutions in Algeria to access global markets quickly, easily, and at no cost, while also diversifying sources of supply
