Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التدريب على أداء العاملين، وقد اخترنا شركة Techno Stationeryلتكون محل الدراسة.
اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الكيفي، وقد تمثلت الأدوات التي استعملناها في المقابلة الشخصية مع مسؤول التكوين والتدريب في الشركة.
كشفت لنا هذه الدراسة أن التدريب يعمل على تحسين أداء الأفراد وذلك من خلال تنمية المعارف وتطوير المهارات والاستغلال الأمثل للطاقات. ولأجل هذا تعتمد المِؤسسات على التدريب كأداة إستراتيجية فعالة لتحقيق أهدافها قصيرة الأجل وطويلة الأجل أيضا. حيث تقوم عملية التدريب على سلسلة منتظمة ومتكاملة لضمان نتائج أفضل.
This study aims to examine the impact of training on employee performance. Techno Stationery was selected as the case study.
We adopted a descriptive methodology, and the primary tool used was a personal interview with the company's training and development manager.
The findings of the study revealed that training contributes significantly to improving individual performance by enhancing knowledge, developing skills, and optimizing the use of human potential. Accordingly, organizations rely on training as an effective strategic tool to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. The training process is carried out through a structured and integrated sequence to ensure optimal outcomes
