الخلاصة:
تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة وتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال وسيلة تقييم اساسية، وهي جدول التدفقات النقدية، الذي يعكس مدى قدرة المؤسسة على توليد السيولة ومواجهة التزاماتها المالية ، وتم اختيار شركة الفابايبللانابيب وحدة غرداية كدراسة حالة بالنظر إلى طبيعة نشاطها
تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي التطبيقي، من خلال تحليل بيانات التدفقات النقدية للشركة خلال نطاق زمني محددة، وربطها بالمؤشرات المالية الأخرى المستخلصة من القوائم المحاسبية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحليل التدفقات النقدية يُقدم بيانات مالية امثر وضوحا وأكثر واقعية من التحليل التقليدي المعتمد على النتائج المحاسبية فقط، ما يجعله أداة استراتيجية لاتخاذ القرار المالي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية.
This thesis aims to study and evaluate the financial performance of an economic institution through a key evaluation tool, the cash flow statement, which reflects the institution’s ability to generate liquidity and meet its financial obligations. The Public Works Company in the southern region was chosen as a case study due to the nature of its activity.
The analytical applied approach was adopted, analyzing the company’s cash flow data over a specific time period and linking it to other financial indicators extracted from the accounting statements.
The study concluded that cash flow analysis provides clearer and more realistic financial data compared to traditional analysis based solely on accounting results, making it a strategic tool for financial decision-making within economic institutions
