دور تطبيق بريدي موب في تطور التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر – دراسة حالة لولاية غرداية

Abstract

تناول هذا البحث تحليل دور تطبيق بريدي موب في تطوير التكنولوجيا المالية بالجزائر ومدى تأثيره على الواقع المحلي بولاية غرداية ، من خلال تقييم أبعاد التطبيق وتجربة المستخدمين وتأثيره على الخدمات المالية الرقمية حيث اعتمد على جمع البيانات عبر استبيانات ومقابلات مع مستخدمين وخبراء، حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إحصائية إيجابية بين جودة أبعاد التطبيق وتطور التكنولوجيا المالية. على الرغم من ذلك، أشار المستخدمون إلى تقييم منخفض لبعض أبعاد التطبيق مثل سهولة الاستخدام والأمان، مما يشير إلى وجود تحديات تقنية وثقافية تعيق تعميم استخدامه. كما أظهر البحث أن تطبيق بريدي موب ساهم في تعزيز الشمول المالي وتقليل الاعتماد على الخدمات التقليدية، مع تأثير إيجابي على سمعة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر. اختتم البحث بتقديم توصيات تهدف إلى تحسين أداء التطبيق و تعزيز ثقافة الدفع الإلكتروني وتوسيع نطاق الخدمات الرقمية لضمان تأثير مستدام على التكنولوجيا المالية في الجزائر This study analyzed the role of the BaridiMob app in developing financial technology in AlgeriaAnd the extent of its impact on the local reality in the state of Ghardaia, by evaluating the app's dimensions, user experience, and impact on digital financial services. The study relied on collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with users and experts. The results showed a positive statistical relationship between the quality of the app's dimensions and the development of financial technology. However, users indicated a low rating for some dimensions of the app, such as ease of use and security, indicating the presence of technical and cultural challenges hindering its widespread use. The study also showed that the BaridiMob app contributed to enhancing financial inclusion and reducing reliance on traditional services, with a positive impact on Algeria Post's reputation.The study concluded with recommendations aimed at improving the app's performance, promoting a culture of electronic payment, and expanding the scope of digital services to ensure a sustainable impact on financial technology in Algeria.
