Abstract:
This study aimed to study the role of entrepreneurial education in establishing a culture of
establishing institutions in Algerian universities, focusing on the opinions of university professors.
The objectives of the study were determined in evaluating the level of entrepreneurial education and
the level of establishing a culture of establishing institutions, in addition to studying the role of the
educational program, information and awareness, accompaniment and support in this context. The
study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and a random sample of 300 university professors
from various specializations in universities in central and southern Algeria was selected, where the
questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and the results obtained were analyzed using the
Statistical Package for the Social Sciences program via version (SPSS v25).
The results of the study show that the level of entrepreneurial education in Algerian universities
is average, in addition to an average level of establishing a culture of establishing institutions. The
results also showed an effective role for entrepreneurial education in supporting the culture of
entrepreneurship, and university professors in the study sample also emphasized the importance of
university activities related to entrepreneurship and the role of university incubators in providing
support and accompaniment to students
