الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالإجهاد المهني لدى الممرضين دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية والإجهاد المهني لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الإستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة ولاية غرداية، وكذالك التعرف على الفروق باختلاف الجنس والأقدمية، و الكشف عن العلاقة بين الصلابة المهنية والاجهاد المهني . ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياسين، مقياس الصلابة النفسية لمحمد احمد خيمر (2002) ،تقنين "بشير معمرية " (2011) على البيئة الجزائرية و مقياس الإجهاد المهني من إعداد بلعابد ودنبري والمنشور في مجلة البحوث والدراسات الإنسانية بجامعة 20 أوت 1955 سكيكدة ، وقد تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) على عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية مكونة من 30 ممرض بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية القرارة، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والأساليب الإحصائية الملائمة وبالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss.v.26 ( تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : - أن مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة مرتفع. - أن مستوى الإجهاد المهني لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة متوسط. - لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الصلابة النفسية و الإجهاد المهني لدى ممرضي المؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإجهاد المهني لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإجهاد المهني لدى الممرضين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية 120 سرير القرارة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية.This study aimed to identify the levels of psychological resilience and occupational stress among nurses at the 120-bed hospital in El-Gharara, Ghardaia Province, as well as to identify differences based on gender and seniority, and to explore the relationship between occupational resilience and occupational stress. To achieve the study's objective, two questionnaires were applied: the Psychological Resilience Questionnaire by Mohamed Ahmed Khimar (2002), standardized by Bashir Maamria (2011) in the Algerian context, and the Occupational Stress Questionnaire prepared by Belabed and Danbari and published in the Journal of Human Research and Studies at the University of August 20, 1955, Skikda. Their psychometric properties (validity and reliability) were verified on a randomly selected sample of 80 nurses at the El-Garra Hospital. Using a descriptive analytical approach and appropriate statistical methods, and with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS.v26), the following results were obtained: - The level of psychological resilience among nurses at the 120-bed El-Garra Hospital is high. - The level of occupational stress among nurses at the 120-bed El-Garra Hospital is average. - There is no statistically significant correlation between psychological resilience and occupational stress among nurses at the 120-bed El-Garra Hospital. Al-Qarara. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among nurses at the 120-bed Al-Qarara Hospital attributed to gender. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among nurses at the 120-bed Al-Qarara Hospital attributed to seniority. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among nurses at the 120-bed Al-Qarara Hospital attributed to gender. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of occupational stress among nurses at the 120-bed Al-Qarara Hospital attributed to seniority.
