Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of dynamic capabilities on digital transformation, considering the mediating role of strategic renewal in public commercial banks. The study focused on four regional directorates and their affiliated branches in Ghardaia Province, namely, the Local Development Bank (BDL), the National Savings and Reserve Fund Bank (Cnep-Banque), the Algerian Popular Credit Bank (CPA), and the National Bank of Algeria (BNA). To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted. The primary data was collected through interviews, and by questionnaire that was distributed to a purposive sample of (125) employees from upper and middle management in the studied banks, selected for their comprehensive knowledge of their banks' administrative and technical activities. For data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed using the SMART.PLS4 software. There is a statistically significant impact of the combined dimensions of dynamic capabilities on the combined dimensions of digital transformation in the studied banks.
