على البيئةThis study reviews the development of the GEMS index in Algeria between 2021 and 2023. It focuses on assessing the maturity level of electronic government services, their development, usage, and user satisfaction. The study analyzes the impact of national and international policies on the quality of these services. The methodology includes collecting data from reliable sources and using statistical analysis tools to evaluate changes. The results indicate an improvement in service quality, with ongoing challenges in some areas. The study recommends enhancing environmental policies and raising awareness to maintain environmental sustainability
