الاعتماد على الفضاء الرقمي لحل المشكلات الصحية والتربوية للأبناء: دراسة حالة الأمهات الجدد

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة ان واقع مجتمع الأمهات قد انتقل الى العالم الرقمي اذ تتوصل الام الى المعلومات التربوية والصحية لمشكلات أبناءهن داخل مشغلات البحث ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. وتمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول مدى اعتماد الامهات على الفضاء الرقمي كمصدر معلومات تربوية وصحية. لذلك قمت منهج دراسة الحالة ل 8 حالات تعتمدن الفضاء الرقمي كمصدر معرفي استعانة بأسلوب المقابلة لهدف معرفة تصورات الامهات نحو هذا المرجع والاسباب التي تدفعهن لذلك ووجهات نظرهن حوله. كما تطرقت للتفسير هذه الظاهرة سوسيولوجيا بعد عرض نتائج تحليل المقابلات التي كانت معظمها تتوافق مع الفرضية العامة للبحث التي تقول بأن الامهات الجدد تعتمدن الفضاء الرقمي لحل المشكلات الصحية والتربوية لأبنائهن وهذه الوسيلة تلعب دور أساسي في حياتهن. The purpose of this study was to understand whether mothers' realities had shifted to the digital world as mothers increasingly turned to search engines and social media platforms for educational and health information about their children's issues. Research questions revolve around the extent to which mothers rely on digital spaces as a source of educational and health information. Therefore, we adopted a case study approach that included 8 cases of mothers using digital spaces as a source of information. Interviews were conducted to find out what mothers thought of this reference, what motivated them to use it, and what they thought about it. Additionally sociological explanation for this phenomenon is presented after presenting the interview results, which are generally consistent with the general hypothesis of the study, that new mothers rely on digital spaces to address their children's health and education issues, and that this role plays a fundamental role in their lives.
