Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح خصوصية المحاسبة المتعلقة بعمليات التأمين من خلال تقديم أهم
المفاهيم النظرية والتطبيقية المرتبطة بأنشطة التأمين وشركات التأمين. كما نسعى إلى إبراز أهمية
تطبيق المعيار الدولي IFRS 4 في قطاع التأمين، الصادر من قبل مجلس المعايير المحاسبية. إضافة
إلى ذلك، ندرس الجانب النظري للنظام المحاسبي المالي SCF المخصص لهذا النوع من الشركات،
ونعرض أهم الحسابات والتسجيلات المحاسبية للعمليات المالية المرتبطة به. أخيراً، نجري مقارنة بين
المعالجة المحاسبية لعمليات التأمين وفقا لمعيار الإبلاغ المالي رقم 4 والنظام المحاسبي المالي .
بعد استعراض المفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بالموضوع، تأتي الدراسة الميدانية في الشركة الجزائرية
للتأمين (SAA) ، لمحاولة الاجابة عن اشكالية الدراسة وما مدى توافق العمليات المحاسبية لشركات
التأمين وفق SCF مع المعايير الدولية المالي IFRS4 .
This study aims to clarify the specificity of accounting related to insurance operations by presenting the most important theoretical and applied concepts in insurance activities and insurance companies. As we want present the importance of applying the international standard IFRS 4 in the insurance operations, which is issued from the accounting standards board. In addition, we study the theoretical aspect of the SCF financial accounting system designated for this type of company, and present the most important accounting records for the associated financial operations with it. Finally, we make a comparison between the accounting treatment of insurance operations according to financial reporting standard no. 4 and the financial accounting system.
After reviewing the theoretical concepts of the subject, this study in the Algerian Insurance Company (SAA) comes to answer at the problems and the extent to which the accounting processes of insurance companies according to SCF are compatible with the international financial standards IFRS4.
