Abstract:
هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى إبراز دور الرقابة الجبائية في تشخيص المخاطر الجبائية بالبنك الخارجي
الجزائري وكالة غرداية، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 2019/2022 ، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي -
وبالاعتماد على البيانات المقدمة من البنك ومركز الضرائب، خلصنا إلى أن الرقابة الجبائية تُعتبر آلية
فعالة لتشخيص وتقليل المخاطر الجبائية، بحيث تمكّن المكلفين من تجنب أعباء إضافية في المستقبل.
كما خلصنا إلى أن البنك ؾ الخارجي الجزائري وكالة غرداية قا م بتقديم تصريحاته السابقة سواء
المتعلقة بالرسم على النشاط المهني أو بالرسم على القيمة المضافة أو تصريحاته السنوية المتعلقة
بالضريبة على الدخل الإجمالي والضريبة على أرباح الشركات في الآجال المحددة، حيث تخلو تلك
التصريحات من النقص والغش. ويعود ذلك إلى حرص هذا البنك على تفادي العقوبات الناتجة عن
التحقيقات الجبائية التي خضع لها
The purpose of this study was to highlight the role of tax control in diagnosing tax risks at the Foreign bank of Algeria, Ghardaia Agency, during the period 2019-2022. Using the descriptive and analytical approach and relying on data provided by the bank and the tax center, we concluded that tax control is an effective mechanism for diagnosing and reducing tax risks, enabling taxpayers to avoid additional burdens in the future. We also concluded that the Foreign bank of Algeria, Ghardaia agency, submitted its previous declarations of professional activity and value-added tax, annual declarations of gross income tax, and corporate profits tax within the set time frame, free of imitations and fraud. This is due to the bank’s keenness to avoid penalties resulting from tax investigations to which it was subjected
