Abstract:
The current study aimed to reveal the relationship of professional maturity with
the trend towards entrepreneurship among the trainees of the ruwaiji Umar
Training Center, where the problem of the study centered on a general question,
which is whether there is a correlation between professional maturity and the
trend of the trainees of the ruwaiji Umar training center towards
entrepreneurship," where the sample of the study included (100) after
confirming the truthfulness and stability of the two measures, as well as relying
on the descriptive approach in the study and statistically processing various
results through the "SPSS" program Using several methods, namely :
The average level of professional maturity of the trainees of the training center
- The trainees of the training center have a positive attitude towards
entrepreneurship
- There is no correlation between professional maturity and the trend towards
