Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر القيم الدينة على الانضباط المهني في البيئة الاستشفائية لولاية غرداية وشملت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية منتظمة ب 81 استبيان موزعة على مبحوثو الشبه طبي حيث أُ ستخدم برنم الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لجمع البيانات وفق المنهج الكمي وهذا لغرض اثراء الموضوع وتدعيمه أكثر، وخضعت متغيرات الدراسة الى مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أهمها التأثير بين القيم الدينية والانضباط المهني.
وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة الى صحة الفرضيات المقترحة حيث تؤكد ان القيم الدينة لها مكانة في البيئة الصحية الاستشفائية بالإضافة ان الأسلوب المطبق يؤثر على الانضباط المهني لفئة الشبه طبي للكشف عن أدائهم المهني ومدى احترامهم للوقت، كما خرجت الدراسة بنتائج وتوصيات: ضرورة تعميم والحرص على التحلي بالقيم الدينية والعمل بها لتحقيق أداء المطلوب واهداف المنظمة.
The study aims to identify the impact of religious values on professional discipline in the hospital environment of Ghardaia state . the study included a regular random sample of 81 questionnaires distributed to paramedical respondents . the statistical package for social sciences (spss) program was used to collect data according to the quantitative approach . this purpose is to enrich and support the subject further . the study variables were subjected to a set of statistical methods , the most important of which is the impact between religious values and professional discipline .
Finally , the study concluded that the proposed hypotheses are valid , as it confirms that religious values have a place in the health hospital environment , in addition to the fact that the applied method affects the professional discipline of the paramedical category to reveal their professional performance and the extent of their respect for time . the study also came out with the following results and recommendation :
The necessity of generalizing and ensuring adherence to religious values and working with them to achieve the required performance and goals of the organization .
