Abstract:
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقات العمل على عينة من المتوسطات بغرداية. ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية على عينة مكونة من (60) موظف بالخمس متوسطات محل الدراسة بغرداية، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفالتحليلي والأساليب الاحصائية المناسبة والاستعانة بالحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الإحصائية (SPSS) تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية:
هناك علاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقة العمل، وجدنا ان القيم التنظيمية لها تاثير كبير في علاقات العمل فكلما كان هناك تفاعل ايجابي بين زملاء العمل والادارة كان هناك تعاون كبير في العمل من خلال التعلم من بعضهم البعض وكذلك المرونة في العمل تسمح لهم بالتواصل والتعاون بشكل فعال مع الزملاء.
The current study aims to identify the relationship between organizational culture and working relationships on a sample of the averages in Ghardaïa. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was applied which confirmed their psychometric characteristics to a sample of 60 employees in the five averages studied in Ghardaïa, using the analytical descriptive curriculum and appropriate statistical methods and using the statistical science statistical package (SPSS), the following results were reached:
There is a relationship between organizational culture and working relationship, we found that organizational values have a significant impact on working relationships. Whenever there is a positive interaction between co-workers and management, there is a great collaboration in working through learning from each other as well as flexibility in working that allows them to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues.
