dc.description.abstract In the context of rapid technological evolution, pharmacies are facing increasing challenges, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. To address these challenges, our project proposes to modernize pharmacies using robots and artificial intelligence systems. These technologies allow for the automation of various tasks such as sales, monitoring, and data entry, thus reducing human effort and minimizing errors. The project relies on advanced technologies such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for reading prescriptions, database search for locating medications, and the automation of medication collection and payment. Added values include using the screen as advertising space, managing complaints through a connected platform, and regular stock monitoring. Additionally, a pharmacy assistant robot will be integrated to help with daily task management and customer interaction. In conclusion, this project radically transforms pharmacy operations by combining technological innovation and artificial intelligence to enhance efficiency and service quality. EN_en
