Abstract:
In vitro identification of pathogenic plant pests of fruit trees in some localities of the Ghardaïa
region; cases of Daya Ben Dahoua and Barraian.
This work is a contribution to the study of pathogenic plant pests of fruit trees in some localities
of the Ghardaïa region (Daya Ben Dahoua and Barraian). The main objective of this study is to
detect in vitro the different pathogenic bacteria and fungi proliferating fruit trees. The field
surveys the macro and microscopic analyses in the laboratory of the samples of fig, vine and
pomegranate, showed that the trees of the locality of Daya ben Dahoua, are infected abundantly
by the pathogenic fungi, Rhizopus sp and penicillium sp. However, in the Berraian region, the
trees are attacked by the three pathogenic fungi, Penicillium Sp, Alternaria Sp, Rhizopus Sp. And
a non-pathogenic fungus, the serum mycelium. In terms of bacteria, (Bacillus Gram +) are the
main problems of bacteriosis in the fruit trees studied, of which they are abundant in the trees of
Daya Ben Dahoua
