Abstract:
This study aimed to know the relationship between organizational culture and organizational
commitment , and the relationship between organizational culture and the three dimensions of
organizational commitment (emotional, continuous and normative) among the workers of the
national fund for social security for workers employed in the agency of djelfa , and to achieve the
objectives of the study , we use questionnaire as a tool to collect information and data related to
the study sample which was chosen in an occasional manner and consisted of 90 workers , among
the statistical methods used are percentages and correlation coefficient pearson and we use the
statistical boot program for social sciences .
The study reached the following results:
There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and organizational
commitment, and between organizational culture and the dimensions of organizational
commitment, the study emphasized the importance of organizational culture and organizational
commitment to the organization’s stability, continuity and achievement of its goals.
