Abstract:
أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء علـى مفهـومي ضغوط العمل، ورفاهية العمال، ودراســة أثــر ضغوط العمل على رفاهية العمال لدى المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب الحلزونية "ألفا بايب" بولاية غرداية ,تم اختيار منهم (100) عامل بطريقة عشوائية كعينة للدراسة ، وتم اعتمـاد المـنهج الوصـفي في التحقـق مـن أهـداف الدراسـة، والــتأكد مـن مدى وجـود علاقـة التأثير بين عناصر ضغوط العمل ورفاهية،وقـــد خلصـــت الدراســة إلى وجـــود علاقـــة قوية موجبـــة دالـــة إحصــائيا بــين عناصـــر ضغوط العمل (عبئ العمل، ظروف العمل، غموض الدور، علاقات العمل، صراع الدور) ورفاهية العمال ، في حـين اقتصـر الأثـر الإيجـابي في رفاهية العمال علـى، عبئ العمل وصراع الدور) ،كما تم التوصل إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تٌعزى إلى العوامـل الشخصـية (الحالة الاجتماعية، السـن، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة ) ، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس فيما يخص العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل ورفاهية العمال لأفراد العينةThis study was conducted in order to shed light on the concepts of work pressures and the welfare of workers ,and to study the impact of work pressures on the welfare of workers at the Algerian institution for the manufacture of spiral pipes "Alpha pipe" in Ghardaia state, 100 workers were randomly selected as a sample for the study, and the descriptive approach was adopted to verify the objectives of the study, and the study found a statistically significant positive correlation between the elements of work stress (workload, working conditions, role ambiguity, Labor Relations, role conflict) and the well-being of workers, while the positive effect was limited toIt was also found that there are statistically significant differences attributable to personal factors (marital status, age, educational qualification, experience), and there are no differences attributable to the gender variable regarding the relationship between work pressures and the well-being of workers for the sample members
