علاقة الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس بمستوى بالطموح لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة -المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة أنموذجا -

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث في العلاقة بين الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس والطموح لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بورقلة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتوظيف أداتين هما: مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس للباحثان قدوري وبن كريمة (2016) المكون من 20 بندا، ومقياس الطموح للباحثة دغيش (2018)المكون من28 بندا. طبقا بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية على عينة بلغ تعدادها111 طالبا وطالبة بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية. وبعد تحليل البيانات بـاستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيSPSSأظهرت النتائج أن: - اتجاه الطلبة نحو مهنة التدريس كان إيجابيا حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للأداة ككل 2.48أي بنسبة مئوية تقدر بـ 82.66%. - وجود مستوى طموح مرتفع حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للمقياس 2.59 أي بنسبة مئوية تقدر بـ 86.33%. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. في حين لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. كما نوقشت النتائج في علاقتها بإطارها النظري وفي ضوء الدراسات السابقة. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between the attitude towards the teaching profession and ambition among students at the Normal High School in Ouargla. To achieve the aim of the study، the descriptive approach was used and two tools were employed: the attitude scale towards the teaching profession by Kadouri and Benkarima (2016)، consisting of 20 items، and the ambition scale by Daghish (2018)، consisting of 28 items. After verifying their psychometric properties، they were applied to a sample of 111 male and female students at the Normal High School who were chosen randomly. After analyzing the data using the statistical program SPSS، the results showed that: - The student’s attitude towards the teaching profession was positive، as the arithmetic average for the tool as a whole reached 2.48، i.e. a percent age estimated at 82.66%. - There is a high level of ambition، as the arithmetic mean of the scale reached 2.59، or a percent age estimated at 86.33%. - There is a statistically significant correlation between the trend towards the teaching profession and the level of ambition among the study sample. - There are statistically significant differences in the attitude towards the teaching profession among the study sample due to the gender variable. While there were no statistically significant differences in the level of ambition among the study sample due to the gender variable. - The results were also discussed in relation to it’s the cortical framework and in light of previous studies.
