Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية ومستوى الرضا المهني لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى المتغيرين وفق (المستوى التعليمي وسنوات العمل) والكشف عن العلاقة بين الإدارة الالكترونية والرضا المهني. تم بناء وتطبيق استبيانين بعد التأكد من خصائصهما السيكو مترية (الصدق-الثبات) على عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية طبقية قدرت بــــــ (105) مفردة من الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية استخدم المنهج الوصفي ذو الأسلوب التحليلي والوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة والحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وقد تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية متوسط. - مستوى الرضا المهني لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية متوسط. - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الالكترونية والرضا المهني - لا توجد فروق في مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا المهني لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. - لا توجد فروق في مستوى الرضا المهني لدى الطاقم الإداري بمديرية التربية لولاية غرداية تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. This study aimed to identify the level of application of electronic administration and the level of professional satisfaction among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education of the state of Ghardaïa, to identify the differences according to (educational level and years of work), and to reveal the relationship between electronic administration and professional satisfaction. Two questionnaires were constructed and applied after confirming their psychometric properties (validity-reliability) on a sample chosen in a stratified random way, estimated at (105) individuals from the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education of the state of Ghardaia. The descriptive approach with the analytical method, appropriate statistical methods, and the statistical package for sciences were used, and the results were reached. The following: (spss)social The level of application of electronic administration among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education of the state of Ghardaia is average. The level of professional satisfaction among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education of Ghardaia State is average. There is a statistically significant relationship between electronic management and professional satisfaction - There are no differences in the level of application of electronic administration among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education in the state of Ghardaia due to the educational level variable. - There are no differences in the level of application of electronic administration among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education in the state of Ghardaia due to the variable years of work. - There are no differences in the level of professional satisfaction among the administrative staff of the Education Directorate of Ghardaia state due to the educational level variable. - There are no differences in the level of professional satisfaction among the administrative staff of the Directorate of Education in the state of Ghardaia due to the variable years of work.
