علاقة الذكاء الانفعالي بإدارة الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي - دراسة ميدانية ببلدية ضاية بن ضحوة ولاية غرداية-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وإدارة الضغط النفسي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. ثم معرفة دلالة الفروق في الذكاء الانفعالي والضغط النفسي باختلاف بعض المتغيرات الوسيطة مثل الجنس وسنوات الخدمة. وقد بلغ قوام العينة 78 أستاذا (11 ذكرا - 67 أنثى)، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمدارس الحكومية ببلدية ضاية بن ضحوة ولاية غرداية خلال شهر أفريل2024. واشتملت الأدوات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة على مقياسين مترجمين إلى اللغة العربية وهما مقياس شوت Schutte الذكاء الانفعالي ويحتوي على 4 أبعاد هي: الوعي بالانفعالات إدارة الانفعالات الذاتية، إدارة انفعالات الآخرين واستخدام الانفعالات وعدد بنوده 33 بند، ومقياس لفنستاين وآخرون Levenstein et al للضغط النفسي وعدد بنوده 30 بند. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي وإدارة الضغوط النفسية لدى الأساتذة، وإلى عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي تبعا لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق في مستوى الضغط النفسي تبعا لمتغير الخبرة وذلك لصالح الفئة الوسطى من (من 5 إلى 10 سنوات ). The study aimed to learn about the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological pressure management in primary education professors. Then know the significance of differences in emotional intelligence and psychological pressure in some intermediate variables such as sex and years of service. The sample strength was 78 professors (11 males - 67 females), who were randomly selected from primary school professors at the government schools of the municipality of Daya Ben Dahoua of Ghardaya State during the month of april 2024. The tools used in this study included two translated scales into the Arabic language. The first scale is the Schutte Emotional Intelligence Scale, which consists of 4 dimensions: emotional awareness, self-management of emotions, management of others' emotions, and use of emotions, with 33 items. The second scale is the Levenstein end al Psychological Stress Scale, which consists of 30 items. The study found a positive relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and psychological stress management among teachers, and no differences in the level of emotional intelligence based on gender, but differences in the level of psychological stress based on experience, in favor of the middle category (5 to 10 years).
