Abstract:
تتهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الرعاية الرياضية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الرياضية (النوادي)،بأبعاده ( إيرادات المؤسسة، صورة المؤسسة، تسويق الخدمات). وكذا الكشف عن الإضافات التي تقدمها المؤسسات الراعية لمجال الرياضة، فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وللإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة والأسئلة الفرعية تم تصميم استبيان من قبل الباحثة وزع على عينة المتمثلة في 10 نادي بولاية غرداية على موظفيه ( رئيس النادي، المسؤول المال، التقني الرياضي ) لكل نادي رياضي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للرعاية الرياضية دور في تحسين أداء النوادي وهذا من خلال سلبية النتائج الواضحة بعد تحليل الاستبيانالذي بدى جليا مترجما لعدم وجود خطة تسويقية طويلة الأمد تساهم في تأثير تسويق الخدمات و رسم صورة ذهنية مؤثرة على الأداء و هذا راجع للفكر و الاستراتيجية المتبعة لمسيري النوادي إضافة إلى العجز المالي الذي قيد مهام المسيرين للوصول إلى أهدافهم و جلب مؤسسات راعيةThe study aims to determine the extent to which sports sponsorship contributes to improving the performance of sports institutions (clubs) and its dimensions (entity revenues, corporate image, marketing of services). In addition to identifying the contributions made by sports sponsors, we have relied on an analytical descriptive approach. To address the main problem of the study and the sub-questions, the researcher designed a questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of 10clubs in the state of Ghardaia, targeting the club president, the financial manager, and the sports technician. Due to the negative results from the analysis of the questionnaire, our study found that sponsorship plays a key role in improving the performance of sports clubs. This is primarily due to the absence of a long-term marketing plan that would enhance the marketing of services and shape a mental image affecting performance. Additionally, the strategies and thinking of club managers, as well as the financial deficits that have constrained facilitators from achieving their goals and securing care, contribute to this impact
