Abstract

يعالج هذا البحث موضوع الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بلعب كرة القدم، وكرة القدم مما عرفه الناس قديما واعتنوا به حديثا، وقد أنشأت الهيئات الكروية من أجل ضمان السير الحسن للعبة وتطويرها، وفق متطلبات العصر، غير أن الجانب الشرعي لهذه اللعبة لم يعالج، ومن المسلم به شمولية هذا الدين لجوانب الحياة جميعا، فكان الوقوف على هذا الموضوع بيانا لهذا المسلم به، وفق دراسة شملت الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة باللاعبين والمدربين، والمشجعين والمشاهدين والحكام، والمسيرين والمالكين والمسهمين، بدءً بحكم اللعب، ثم الخوض في كل ما يمس الممارسين لها، من خلال عرضه على ميزان الشرع، وبيان النصوص الشرعية، ثم بيان الأحكام المتعلقة بالمنشآت والهياكل الرياضية، ثم التطرق لارتباط حكم لعب كرة القدم بالمقاصد الشرعية، الضرورية منها خاصة، واعتبار المآلات في تنزيل الأحكام عليها، وكان الختام بذكر أقوال بعض أهل العلم في حكم هذه اللعبة، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الحكم على لعب كرة القدم يتغير وفق مراعاة اللعبة للمقاصد الشرعية والمآلات التي تنجر عن ممارستها. راجيا من الله عز وجل أن يكون هذا العمل خالصا لوجهه الكريم، وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد على آله وصحبه وسلم تسليما، سبحان ربك رب العزة عما يصفون وسلام على المرسل والحمد لله رب العالمين. This research deals with the subject of jurisprudential rulings related to playing football. Football is something that people have known in the past and have taken care of recently. Football organizations have been established to ensure the smooth running of the game and its development, according to the requirements of the era. However, the legal aspect of this game has not been addressed. It is accepted that this religion encompasses all aspects of life. Therefore, addressing this subject was a statement of this accepted fact, according to a study that included jurisprudential rulings related to players, coaches, fans, spectators, referees, managers, owners, and shareholders, starting with the ruling on the game, then delving into everything that concerns its practitioners, by presenting it on the scale of Sharia, and stating the legal texts, then stating the rulings related to sports facilities and structures, then addressing the connection between the ruling on playing football and the legal objectives, especially the necessary ones, and considering the consequences in applying the rulings to them. The conclusion was by mentioning the statements of some scholars on the ruling on this game. This study concluded that the ruling on playing football changes according to the game’s consideration of the legal objectives and the consequences that result from practicing it. Hoping to God Almighty that this work is sincere for His sake, and may God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Majesty, above what they describe, and peace be upon the Messenger, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
