المذهب الحنفي في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني ، رجاله ومؤسساته

Abstract

تظهر هذه الدراسة توسع وانتشار المذهب الحنفي بالجزائر العثمانية، والذي استعاد انفاسه بمجيء العثمانيين، كما أنها تركز على أهم المؤسسات الثقافية والعلمية والرسمية التي جعلت من هذا المذهب منطلقا لها، كما أنها رصدت قائمة بأهم أعلام المذهب الحنفي خلال الفترة العثمانية، وتسجل من خلالها تمكنه، وانتشاره في البلاد، وأنه أصبح رافدا ثقافيا زاد في إغناء الثروة العلمية للجزائر، كما تظهر مدى انسجام المذهبين المالكي والحنفي، ووتجاورهما في أسمى صور التعايش الفكري في البلد الواحد.This study shows the expansion and spread of the Hanafi school of thought in Ottoman Algeria, which regained its breath with the advent of the Ottomans. It also focuses on the most important cultural, scientific and official institutions that made this school of thought its starting point. It also monitored a list of the most important figures of the Hanafi school of thought during the Ottoman period, and through it records its mastery. Its spread in the country, and that it has become a cultural tributary, has further enriched the scientific wealth of Algeria, and also shows the extent of harmony between the Maliki and Hanafi schools of thought, and their juxtaposition in the highest form of intellectual coexistence in one country.
