Abstract:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير الإحباط الوظيفي على الاغتراب التنظيمي لدى عينة الدراسة. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في موظفي مديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية غرداية. باستطلاع آرائهم لاختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات من خلال استبيان الدراسة الذي تضمن مجموعة من الفقرات شملت محاور الدراسة.
وقد تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة بالاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية التالية: الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري، معامل الثبات "ألفا كرونباخ"، اختبار "كولموغروف-سميرنوف" للتوزيع الطبيعي، اختبار T-Test للعينات المستقلة، اختبار T-Test للعينة الواحدة، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي.
وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
- يوجد مستوى من الإحباط الوظيفي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.
- يوجد مستوى من الاغتراب التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.
- لا يوجد أثر لأبعاد الإحباط الوظيفي (الإهمال واللامبالاة، التخريب، العدوان ضد الآخرين، ضياع الوقت والجهد) على الاغتراب التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.
- يوجد أثر لبعد الشكوى والغبن على الاغتراب التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة .
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاغتراب التنظيمي تُعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، العمر، الوظيفة، سنوات الخدمة
The study aimed to identify the effect of functional frustration on the organizational alienation at the study sample. The study community is represented by the employees of the Health and Population Directorate of Ghardaia. By exploring their opinions to test the validity of the hypotheses through the study questionnaire, which included a group of paragraphs that included the axes of the study.
The SPSS statistical program was used to test the study hypotheses using the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean and standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normal distribution, T-test for independent samples, T-Test for one sample, and One-way analysis of variance.
A set of results have been reached, the most important of which are:
There is a level of functional frustration from the study sample point of view.
There is a level of organizational alienation from the point of view of the study sample.
There is no effect of the dimensions of functional frustration (neglect, indifference, sabotage, aggression against others, loss of time and effort) on organizational alienation from the point of view of the study sample.
There is an effect of the distance from the complaint and the injustice on the organizational alienation from the point of view of the study sample.
There are no statistically significant differences in organizational alienation that are attributed to demographic variables (sex, age, job, years of service).
