Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسةة إلى الكشة عن أثر التحول الرقمي على مهنة المحاسةبة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصةفي ) التحليلي واسةتهداف عينة من المهنيين بمكاتب التدقيق والمحاسةبين بالمؤسةسةات الاقتصةادية المقدر عددهم ) 10 والذي تم إجراء مقابلة معهم كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج تحليل البيانات النوعية ) Nvivo 14 .) وخلصةت الدراسةة في الجانب المتعلق بالتحقق من الفرضةيات إلى أن التحول الرقمي والاسةتخدام الذكي للتقنيات يؤدي إلى تحسةين دقة وسةرعة تحليل البيانات المالية مما يتيح للمؤسةسةات اتخاذ قرارات إسةتراتيجية أفضةل واسةتجابة أسةر للتغيرات السةوقية كما أن التقنيات المحاسةبية الرقمية تسةهم في تحسةين دقة وكفاءة العمليات المحاسةبية من خلال أتمتة المهام الروتينية وتقليل الأخطاء البشةرية مما يعزز الإنتاجية داخل المؤسةسةات والمكاتب المهنية بولاية غرداية. كما أوصةت الدراسةة بضةرورة دمج الخبرة والمعرفة البشةرية مع القدرات التقنية بشةكل فعّال لأنها العنصةر الأساسي لضمان الاستخدام الفعّال لتقنيات التحول الرقمي في مجال المحاسبةThis study aimed to uncover the impact of digital transformation on the accounting profession, relying on a descriptive analytical method. A sample of seven professionals from auditing offices and accountants in economic institutions were interviewed, and the data was analyzed using the qualitative data analysis software (Nvivo 14). The study concluded that digital transformation and the smart use of technologies lead to improved accuracy and speed in financial data analysis. This enables institutions to make better strategic decisions and respond more quickly to market changes. Additionally, digital accounting technologies enhance the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations by automating routine tasks and reducing human errors, thereby boosting productivity within institutions and professional offices in the Wilaya of Ghardaia. The study also recommended the effective integration of human expertise and knowledge with technical capabilities, as this is essential for the effective use of digital transformation technologies in accounting
