Abstract

تعود المشاكل الحاصلة التي تعاني منها المؤسسات الحالية في مختلف وظائفها، إلى عدم استعمالها للأدوات المناسبة، وإحدى الحلول المناسبة هو استعمال أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة من بينها لوحة القيادة التي تعتبر الوثيقة الهادفة إلى رسم السياسات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالمؤسسة، ومحاولة دراسة كل المؤشرات لكل وظيفة مما يساعد المؤسسة على التحكم في قراراتها. حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أداة من أدوات مراقبة التسيير الحديثة وهي لوحة القيادة التي تعتبر أداة لتقييم أداء المؤسسة ومساعدة متخذي القرار على تحقيق الأهداف وتصحيح الانحرافات، وهي تعتمد على عدة مؤشرات تساعد في التحليل وتحديد الانحرافات ومن ثم القيام بعملية التصحيح لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة وهذا بالاعتماد على جداول لتسهيل عملية التسيير والرقابة داخل المؤسسةThe problems that current institutions suffer from in their various functions are due to their lack of use of appropriate tools, and one of the appropriate solutions is the use of modern management monitoring tools, including the dashboard, which is considered the document aimed at drawing up policies and procedures related to the institution and trying to study all indicators for each function, which helps the institution to Control her decisions. This research aims to identify one of the modern management monitoring tools, which is the dashboard, which is considered a tool for evaluating the organization’s performance and helping decision makers achieve goals and correct deviations. It relies on several indicators that help in analyzing and identifying deviations and then carrying out the correction process to achieve the established goals, and this is based on tables to facilitate the management and control process within the institution.
