تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﻗﻴﺎﺱ ﻭتحﻠﻴﻞﺃﺛﺮﺗﺒني ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ)ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ(في تحﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍلمﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔﻟﺪﻯ
ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠين ﺑﺎلمﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻﺕ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﺑﺎﻷﻏﻮﺍﻁ.ﻭﻗﺪ تمتحﺪﻳﺪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ بمﺘﻐير ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﺘﻤﺜﻞ فيﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ
)ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ(ﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎﺩﻫﺎﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺜﺔ:)ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ،ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺋﻘﻴﺔ،ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻠﻴﺔ(،ﻭﻣﺘﻐير ﺁﺧﺮ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺘﻤﺜﻞ فيﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍلمﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ.
ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺃﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔتم ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺎﻧﺔ ﻟﻐﺮﺽ جمﻊ ﺍلمﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺑﻠﻎ ﻋﺪﺩﻫﺎ99ﻣﻔﺮﺩﺓ،
ﺣﻴﺚ تمﺖ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﺬﺟﺔ ﺑﺎلمﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ)4(Smart pls.
