Abstract:
This study attempts to shed light on the importance of organizational loyalty and its significant role in achieving the objectives of human resources management and the objectives of the organization as a whole. It expresses the connection and the strength of the individual’s belonging to his institution and his organizational environment, his pride in your role, his pursuit of positive behavior, giving priority to the public interest and sacrificing for that.
From this standpoint, this study attempts to investigate the reality of organizational loyalty and its degree, based on a field study in an Algerian water corporation, Ghardaïa
