Abstract:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على موضوع عمليات إدارة المعرفة والفوائد التي تحصل عليها المنظمة من تطبيقها وكذلك المنظمة المتعلمة وسبل بنائها والوصول إليها بالإضافة إلى تحديد دور الوصول إليها بالإضافة إلى تحديد دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة . واتبع الباحث أسلوب المنهج التحليلي عمليات إدارة المعرفة في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة واتبع الباحث أسلوب المنهج التحليلي في تفسير العلاقة بين متغيري البحث ويلخص البحث إلى وجود علاقة تبادلية بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وبناء المنظمة المتعلمة وفي حالة من الترابط والانسيابية وفي الختام أوصى البحث بضرورة الربط المناسب بين عمليات إدارة المعرفة وقدرة المنظمة المتعلمة على الوسائل الممكنة لتحقيق ذلك واعتمادها.Abstract:
