متطلبات ومراحل التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية في القطاع الضريبي الجزائري -المركز الضريبي بعنابة أنموذجا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات ومراحل التحول نحو الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمركز الضريبي بولاية عنابة، حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار صحة الفرضيات تم الإعتماد على معطيات المراكز وعلى المقابلة مع عينة من المسؤولين من المركز الضريبي -عنابة ، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المركز يشتمل على المتطلبات الضرورية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، كذلك حرص المركز الضريبي على ضرورة دراسة موضوع التحول نحو الرقمنة باعتبارها توجه معاصر لابد منه لمواكبة العالم المعلوماتي وتحقيق الكفاءة في الأداء. و أوصت الدراسة بالبحث عن الكفاءات البشرية الأكثر تميزاThis study aimed to know the requirements and stages of transition towards electronic administration in the tax center in the state of Annaba, where the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test the validity of the hypotheses, the data of the centers were relied on and on the interview with a sample of officials from the tax center - Annaba, and the study concluded Noting that the center includes the necessary requirements for the application of electronic management, the tax center was also keen on the need to study the issue of transformation towards digitization as a contemporary trend that is necessary to keep pace with the information world and achieve efficiency in performance.
