This study aims to address the issue of digital transformation and refer to its application in
university institutions, while shedding light on the Algerian experience. The descriptive analytical
approach was relied upon to answer the problem and hypotheses. This study also reached a number
of results, the most important of which are: The digital transformation in Algerian universities
reflects the gradual adoption of digital technologies, which contributes to improving education
processes through electronic platforms
