Abstract:
Public institutions around the world are witnessing great development in the field of electronic
administration, with the aim of achieving modern administration with international standards. This
digital transformation in public institutions aims to facilitate and bring administration closer to
citizens, using technology and digital applications.
Algeria is among the countries that have been interested in improving public service and
modernizing its administration by adopting electronic management as an attempt to improve the
quality of its services. By organizing and recording data with high accuracy, which reduces the
occurrence of errors and improves accuracy and control of the available data.
Through this research, we will try to present some concepts and definitions related to electronic
administration and public service, then we will address the requirements for achieving quality
public service, and finally we will present some features of electronic administration in Algeria
