Abstract:
Due to rapid developments and changes in various public economic institutions, the
issue of improving the quality of service in public economic institutions has become
an increasing concern; this has led to the need for modern methods and mechanisms,
the most important of which is developing human resources and digitization to move
towards of electronic management. We aim in this study to understand the
mechanisms of improving the quality of service in public economic institutions,under
technology modernization, in which we seek to push for the application of
digitization in public economic institutions, as well as the special attention in human
resource development, and highlighting the importance of that in promoting the
services . we have concluded that the role of these two mechanisms (human resource
development and digitization) is very significant in improving the quality of service
in the institutions.
