الجرائم الإلكترونية وأثرها على الأمن الاجتماعي عند المواطنين دراسة ميدانية في مدينة غرداية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة نتائج الاستخدام السيء لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، التي تعتبر واحدة من أخطر الوسائل التي تهدد الأمن الاجتماعي, فقد يؤدي استخدامها السيء إلى حدوث العديد من الج ا رئم. لاحظنا أن انتشارها قد ا زد في المجتمع مع انتشار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وخاصة فيسبوك. قمنا باستخدام منهج كيفي في هذه الد ا رسة، حيث قصدنا د ا رسة مجموعة من المختصين الذين يعملون على أمن المجتمع الج ا زئري، وقمنا بتحديد عينة قصدية تتألف من الخب ا رء، المحامين والقضاة وضباط الأمن. جمع المعلومات في هذه الد ا رسة تم باستخدام أداة المقابلة البؤرية التي تم إج ا رئها على عينة مكونة من 11 فردًا. بعد ذلك، توصلنا إلى العديد من النتائج الهامة، بما في ذلك : • أن الجريمة الإلكترونية تؤثر في خلق وزعزعة الأمن الاجتماعي لدى المواطنين . • أن معظم الج ا رئم الإلكترونية التي تمارس عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فيسبوك" هي التشهير والتهديد وانتحال الصفات وسرقة الحسابات ونشر صور الأشخاص بدون اذن ولغرض التشهير أو الابت ا زز، وهذا يشكل خط اً ر على الأمن الاجتماعي وأمن الأف ا رد . • أن لدى المواطنين وعيًا عند الكشف عن المجرم الإلكتروني وعدم التستر عليه بدواعي التهديد والتخويفThis study aimed to identify the consequences of the negative use of information technology, which is considered one of the most dangerous means threatening social security, as its misuse can lead to the occurrence of several crimes. We noticed that its prevalence has increased in society with the spread of social media sites, especially Facebook. We used a qualitative approach in this study, intending to study a group of experts working on the security of the Algerian society. We also defined a purposive sample consisting of experts, lawyers, judges, and security officers. The information for this study was collected using a focal interview conducted on a sample of 11 individuals. We then reached several important results, including: - Electronic crimes have a significant impact on creating and destabilizing social security among citizens. - Most electronic crimes committed through social media sites, such as Facebook, include defamation, threats, identity theft, account theft, dissemination of unauthorized images for the purpose of defamation or blackmail, and this poses a danger to social and individual security. - Citizens have awareness when it comes to exposing e-criminals and avoiding covering them up for reasons of intimidation and threats.
