The study aimed to investigate the relationship between work pressures and job performance of workers in civil defense, while identifying shortcomings, difficulties, and pressures that affect the performance of civil defense personnel. This was achieved using a descriptive-analytical approach, through the completion of a questionnaire distributed to 60 civil defense employees. The study found an inverse relationship between work pressures and the performance of civil defense workers. This was substantiated by addressing the following hypotheses and proving them to be true:
Workload affects the job performance of civil defense workers.
Role ambiguity affects the job performance of civil defense workers.
Work environment affects the job performance of civil defense workers |
