العلاقات بين الجزائر وتونس على عهد حمودة باشا الحسيني 1782م-1814م.

Abstract

ان الهدف من الدراسة حول البحث الموسوم بـ: العلاقات بين الجزائر وتونس في عهد حمودة باشا الحسيني (1872م-1814م) ،يبرز الاحداث التي شهدتها كل من الجزائر وتونس في اواخر القرن 18م وبدايات القرن 19م ، وبالضبط في فترة حكم حمودة باشا الحسيني بن علي ،الدي يوضح الاوضاع العامة لكل من الجزائر و تونس خلال القرن 18م ، والعلاقات السياسية بين الايالتين وما ميزها من احداث ،وكيف اثرت سياسة حمودة باشا اتجاه دايات الجزائر خلال هاته الفترة ،اضافة الى ابرز الحروب و الصراعات البرية و البحرية الني نشبت بين البلدين في بدايات القرن 19م . كان هدف حمودة باشا السعي و التخلص من اثار اتفاقية 1756م ،التي اقرت تبعية تونس للجزائر وفرض السيطرة عليها . ناهيك عن ان الدراسة تناولت جانب العلاقات الاقتصادية بين الايالتين في فترة حكم حمودة باشا خاصة في شقها التجاري ،اضافة الى الترابط الاجتماعي و الثقافي الدي شهده البلدين بين الشعبين المتجاورين رغم صراع والتوثر القائم بين السلطتين ،الا انه لم يمنع من وجود صلات تجارية ثقافية بين الشعبين ،بل شجع القرب الجغرافي بين البلدين. The aim of this study which is about the recerch titled. The relation ship between Algeria and Tunisia during hammouda bacha el hussaini era 1782-1814 highlights the events which Algeria and Tunisia witnessed at the end of the 18 ceutury and the beginning of the 19 ceutury .exqctly in the era of hammouda bacha el hussaini rule .which darifies the general situations of both algeria and tunisia during the 18 ceutury and the political relation ships between the two countries .what events recogmsed it and how hammouda bacga s policy affected Algeria deys during that period .further more the major wars .land and sea conflicts which happened between the two countries at the beginning of the 19 ceutury. Hammouda bacha gool was to remove the effects of 1756 agreement which decided Tunisia belonging to algeria and its sovergnty over it ;oreover .this study dealt whth the economic relation ship between the two countries during the era of hammouda bacha rule especially its commercial side.addition to the social and cultural cooperation .between the two people but encouraged the geographical proximity between the two countries.
