Abstract:
This study aims to identify the mediating role of organizational trust in the relationship between ethical leadership practices and the quality of work life among employees of the EPH Dr. Tirichin in Ghardaia. To achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive approach and the case study method by distributing a questionnaire to a sample that included: (236) employees in the medical and paramedical corps out of a population of (495) employees, then processed using structural equation modeling methodology based on least squares (SEM) via the statistical analysis program (SmartPLS4).
