Abstract:
This research establishes an explanation of an art of the sciences of Islamic law,
which is concerned with everyone who seeks the path of ijtihad, which is the
science of graduating the branches according to the principles, and that is by
shedding light on a book of explanations of hadith jurisprudence, namely “Al-Badr
Al-Tamam Sharh Bulugh Al-Maram” by its compiler Imam Al-Hammam. Judge
Hussein Al-La'i Al-Maghribi, may God have mercy on him, by explaining
landmarks from the life of Judge Hussein, introducing the book Bulug Al-Maram
and its commentary on Badr Al-Tamam, and then exposing the concept of the
science of graduating branches to principles according to the fundamentalists.
Explaining its pillars, types, and origins from which it was derived, then reviewing
examples of the branches of jurisprudence in which the conclusions of this imam
emerged from their origins through the Book of Purity.
