Abstract:
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المحاسبة عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال التطرق إلى
مفهومها ومجالات تطبيقها وكيفية القياس والإفصاح عنها، بالإضافة إلى ذلك قمنا بتحليل العوامل المؤثرة في البيئة
المحاسبية الجزائرية، ولمعالجة الإشكالية اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري أما الجانب التطبيقي فتم الاعتماد
على المنهج التحليلي حيث تم توزيع 250 استبانه على عينة الدراسة وتم استرجاع 207 استبانه قابلة للتحليل،
واستعملنا برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية ) SPSS.V23 .)
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أنه يوجد ادارك للمفهوم المحاسبة عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأنه يوجد مستوى
جيد في تطبيق مجالات محاسبة عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية ) البيئة، الموارد البشرية، المجتمع، المنتج( في المؤسسات الصناعية
محل الدراسة ، وأن عوامل البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية ) الاقتصادي، القانوني، التعليمي، المهني( ملائمة لتطبيق المحاسبة عن
المسؤولية الاجتماعية، كما أوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بالعامل التعليمي في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية لتطبيق المحاسبة
عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية بشكل أفضل.
Through this study, we aim to shed light on accounting for social responsibility by addressing its concept, areas of application, and how to measure and disclose it. In addition, we analyzed the factors affecting the Algerian accounting environment. To address the problem, we relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect, while the practical aspect was Relying on the analytical approach, 250 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 207 analyzable questionnaires were retrieved. The study reached results, the most important of which are that there is an understanding of the concept of accounting for social responsibility and that there is a good level of application of the areas of social responsibility accounting (environment, human resources, society, product) in the industrial institutions under study, and that the factors of the Algerian accounting environment (economic, legal (Educational, professional) are appropriate for applying accounting for social responsibility. The study also recommended increasing attention to the educational factor in the Algerian accounting environment to better implement accounting for social responsibility
