Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور اليقظة الاستراتيجية كأداة لجمع البيانات وتحديد الفرص و كذا تجنب التهديدات التي تحيط بالمؤسسة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمؤسسة الانابيب الحلزونية Alfa pipeبغرداية ، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في وصف الاطار النظري اما الجانب التطبيقي اعتمدنا على تحليل نتائج الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات الأولية لعينة الدراسة والتي اقتصرت على الموظفين الإداريين فقطحيث بلغ عدد الاستمارات الموزعة على عينة الدراسة (50) تم استرجاع (46) منها، قمنا باستخدام مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائيةلبرنامج SPSSV.25، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الأهداف أهمها:
وجود أثر لأبعاد اليقظة الإستراتيجية على الأداء الوظيفي، وجود دورمعنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لمتغير اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في مؤسسة الانابيب الحلزونية Alfa pipe، وايضا تتمثل عملية اليقظة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة في استباق مخاطر المتعلقة بالأمن والصناعة.
This study aimed to highlight the role of strategic vigilance as a tool forcollectingdata identifying opportunities as well as avoiding threats that surround the institutionin improving the functional performance of the Alfa pipe institution in Ghardaia, the descriptive approach was utilized to describe the theoretical framework. In terms of practical aspects, the analysis of questionnaire results was employed as the main tool for collecting primary information from
the study sample, which was limited to administrative employees only. The number of distributed questionnaires to the study sample was 50, of which 46 were retrieved. Various statistical tests were performed using the SPSS V.25 program. The study achieved several objectives, including the presence of an impact of strategic vigilance dimensions on job performance, a statistically significant role of strategic vigilance in enhancing job performance in the Alfa pipe institution, and the anticipation of security and industry-related risks through the vigilance process within the studied institution
