Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهيةمحاسبة المسؤولية الاجتماعية ودراسة الأثر الذي تحدثه على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لعمال وموظفي المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث قمنا بطرح الإشكالية التي مفادها"ما أثر محاسبة المسؤولية الإجتماعية على الأداء المهني لدى الموظفين في المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب (ALFA PIPE)، ولحل هذه الإشكالية قمنا بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي في المذكرة ككل كما وأستعنابأداة الإستبيان في الجانب التطبيقي حيث تمثلت عينة دراستنا على موظفي وعمال المؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب وكان حجم العينة يقدر ب37 موظف ومن خلال تحليلنالإجابات إستمارات الإستبيان توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
-يوجد مستوى عالي من محاسبة المسؤولية الإجتماعية لدى الموظفين في مؤسسة(ALFA PIPE).
-يوجد مستوى عالي من الأداء المهني لدى الموظفين في مؤسسة (ALFA PIPE).
-توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محاسبة المسؤولية الإجتماعية والأداء المهني لدى الموظفين في مؤسسة (ALFA PIPE).
This study aims to identify social responsibility and study the impact it has on the level of job performance of workers and employees of economic institutions, where we posed the problem that “What is the impact of social responsibility accounting on the professional performance of employees in the Algerian Pipe Industry Corporation )ALFA PIPE(To solve this problem, we used the descriptive analytical approach in the memorandum as a whole and we also used the questionnaire tool in the applied side, where the sample of our study was on the employees and workers of the Algerian Corporation for the Pipe Industry and the sample size was estimated at 37 employees and through our analysis of the answers to the questionnaire forms we reached the following results:
- There is a high level of social responsibility accounting among employees in the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipes ALFA PIPE.
- There is a high level of professional performance among the employees of the Algerian Enterprise for the Manufacture of Pipes ALFA PIPE.
- There is a statistically significant relationship between social responsibility accounting and the professional performance of employees in the Algerian Pipe Industry Corporation (ALFA PIPE).
Our study resulted in a set of suggestions:
- The need to pay attention to all concepts related to social responsibility.
- Focusing in the application of its policies on the concept of social responsibility accounting through the adoption of modern methods and approaches.
- Training courses for workers at the Algerian Establishment for the Manufacture of Pipes (ALFA PIPE
وأسفرت دراستنا على مجموعة من الإقتراحات تمثلت في:
-ضرورة الإهتمام بكل المفاهيم متعلقة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
-تركيز في تطبيق سياساتها على مفهوم محاسبة المسؤولية الإجتماعية من خلال تبني الأساليب والمناهج الحديثة.
-قيام بالدورات التكوينية للعمال في مؤسسة(ALFA PIPE).
