Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الإدارة التشاركية في تحقيق الإنتماء التنظيمي من وجهة نظر الإداريين والأساتذة داخل كلية
العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية، بحيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي
في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث تم بلغ إجمالي عينة الدراسة 60 فرد داخل الكلية من الأساتذة وإداريين، حيث تم استخدام
الاستبيا ن كأداة لجمع المعلومات وتم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة الى عدة نتائج منها:
-إ ن الكلية تعمل على تفعيل دور الإدارة التشاركية في تحقيق الانتماء التنظيمي داخلها.
- انه كلما زاد تحقيق الإدارة التشاركية زاد مستوى الانتماء لدى الأساتذة والإداريين في الكلية
This study aims to know the role of participatory management in achieving organizational affiliation from the point of view of administrators and professors within the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Ghardaïa University, so that the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical side and the analytical approach in the applied side, where the total sample of the study was 60 individuals inside the college, including professors and administrators, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and through this study several results were reached, including.
-The college Works to activate the role of participatory management in achieving organizational affiliation within it.
-The greater the achievement of participatory management, the higher the level of affiliation among professors and administrators in the college
