Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة النمط القيادي السّائد في مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE
غرداية، وتبيان تأثيره في مستوى الفكر الإبداعي لموظفيها، وكذلك معرفة انعكاسات الأنماط القيادية الأخرى على
الفكر الإبداعي .
ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تمّ إتّباع المنهج ال وصفي في الجانب النظري، والمنهج التحليل ي في الجانب التطبيقي
بالاعتماد على تقنيات البحث الكيفي qualitative عن طريق أداة المقابلة التي أجريت مع مدير المالية
والمحاسبية، ومديري مصلحة الموارد البشرية والإدارة، كما تم الاعتماد على تقنيات البحث الكميquantitatives عن طريق أداة الاستبيان، حيث بلغ عدد الاستمارات القابلة للمعالجة 70 بنسبة
%( 87.5( .
ومن خلال مخرجات برنام ج Spss ونتائج المقابلة، خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، نُلخِّّص أهمها
فيما يلي :
• وجود تأثير للأنماط القيادية السائدة في تشجيع الفكر الإبداعي للموظفين؛
• وجود متغيرات أخرى تؤثر في الفكر الابداعي للموظفين غير الأنماط القيادية المتمثلة في المؤهل العلمي .
وفي الأخير توصي الدراسة على :
• تشجيع الفكر الابداعي من خلال انتهاج أفضل الأنماط القيادية التي تتلاءم مع المورد البشري للمؤسسة ؛
• تعزيز الأنماط القيادية التي تخدم مصلحة المؤسسة من خلال تدريب وتوجيه القادة على التكيف مع كل
الظروف الممكنة
This study aimed to know the leadership style prevailing in the Algerian Pipe Industry Establishment ALFAPIPE Ghardaia, and to show its impact on the level of creative thought of its employees, as well as to know the reflections of other leadership styles on creative thought. To achieve these goals, the descriptive approach was followed on the theoretical side, and the case study approach on the applied side. Relying on qualitative research techniques through the interview tool conducted with the Director of Finance and Accounting, and the managers of the Human Resources and Administration Department, and quantitatives were also relied upon through the questionnaire tool, where the number of processable forms reached 70 (87.5%). The study concluded many results, the most important of which are summarized as follows:
The influence of the prevailing leadership styles in encouraging the creative thought of employees.
The presence of other variables that affect the creative thinking of employees other than the leadership styles represented in the academic qualification .
Finally, the study recommends :
Encouraging creative thought by adopting the best leadership styles that suit the human resource of the institution.
Promote leadership styles that serve the interest of the organization by training and guiding leaders to adapt to all possible circumstances.
